About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated fresher to join our IT sales team as a Business Development Executive. This is a great opportunity to kickstart your career in the IT industry and gain hands-on experience in sales, lead generation, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, Upwork, and other online platforms.Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT services (web/app development, software solutions, etc.).Set up meetings and follow up with prospective clients.Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and pitches.Coordinate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are well-communicated and executed.Maintain and update the CRM system with lead and client information.Support in achieving sales targets and expanding the client base.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic understanding of IT services (web development, app development, SaaS, etc.).Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.Good analytical and research skills.Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and MS Office.
