Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Executive to join our team on-site at our Uppal location. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, and strategizing to drive business growth. You will collaborate with various teams to achieve sales targets and represent the company in meetings and presentations with prospective clients.

Qualifications

• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify and secure new opportunities
• Account Management expertise to build, maintain, and expand relationships with existing and potential clients
• Strong Business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent Communication skills for client engagement and building professional relationships
• Proficiency in sales strategies with experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Experience with CRM tools and business development processes is an advantage
