Research Manager – Non-Healthcare Division

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Research Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of experience in market research and consulting, with a proven track record of leading research projects, managing team members, and delivering high-quality reports. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing research initiatives, guiding junior analysts, and ensuring the successful execution of market research projects for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead market research projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality reports that meet client requirements.

Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of research analysts, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure their growth and success.

Market Estimation & Forecasting: Develop accurate market estimates and forecasts based on detailed research, data analysis, and market trends.

Competitive Intelligence: Perform in-depth competitive analysis, identifying market trends, key players, and industry shifts to deliver actionable insights to clients.

Report Development: Oversee the development of comprehensive market research reports, including drafting executive summaries, market trends, and strategic insights.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and provide strategic recommendations to clients based on the research findings.

Qualifications & Requirements:

7-8 years of experience in market research and consulting across industries (particularly non-healthcare industries).

Strong knowledge of market estimation, forecasting methodologies, and competitive intelligence.

Proven experience in managing research teams and leading multiple project and report deliveries simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights in a client-friendly format.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
