Job summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will have a passion for events and a talent for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and promoting our event management services. Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. · 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (experience in events or hospitality is a plus). · Experience in the Event Management Industry is a must. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. · Strong presentation and networking abilities. · Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. · Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Key Responsibilities: · Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research. · Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. · Understand client needs and present tailored event solutions. · Collaborate with the internal event planning and marketing teams to develop customized proposals. · Create presentations and pitch decks for potential clients and corporate partners. · Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. · Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote the company and gather leads. · Maintain an up-to-date CRM database and generate regular sales reports. · Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
