Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and versatile team member to join us as a Business Development Executive (BDE) cum Digital & Social Media Accounts Handler . This role is ideal for someone with 6 months to 1 year of experience who wants to grow in both business development and creative digital marketing within the architecture and interior design industry. Key Responsibilities :🔹 Business Development (Client Engagement & Sales Support) Research and identify new business opportunities in the architecture, interiors, and real estate sectors. Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and networking. Assist in preparing presentations, pitch decks, and client proposals. Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and support the BD team in client communication. Maintain client databases and CRM records accurately. 🔹 Social Media & Digital Handling Manage day-to-day posting on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. Create and schedule visual content like posts, reels, and stories using Canva or similar tools. Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and social queries professionally. Track engagement, impressions, and growth; prepare simple performance reports. Collaborate with the design and content teams for campaign rollouts. Keep up with the latest digital trends and suggest content ideas relevant to architecture and interiors. Candidate Profile : 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, digital marketing, or social media management. Strong interest in architecture, interior design, or creative industries is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and basic social media tools. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Positive attitude, creativity, and a willingness to learn. Must be organized, deadline-driven, and able to handle multiple tasks. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related fields. Internship experience in architecture, design, media, or agency work is a plus.
