Research Operation Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the research journal publication process from submission to final publication.
• Coordinate effectively with authors, researchers, reviewers, and editors.
• Ensure adherence to journal and publication guidelines.
• Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and quality of published content.
• Handle journal communications and client queries in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the platform’s services and workflow.
• Track timelines and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, B.Sc, Biotech, or related field).
• Prior experience in

  operations, research, or academic publishing

  is preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of manuscript editing/publication management is a plus.
