Business Development Executive / Corporate Relations Executive

As a Business Development Executive at Biotecnika, your main responsibility will be to identify and generate leads by conducting market research, cold calling, and networking with potential B2B partners, academic institutions, and biotech companies. You will be required to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate partners, and key stakeholders. Additionally, pitching Biotecnika's services such as training, research collaborations, and hiring solutions to relevant institutions and industry partners will be a crucial part of your role. Working closely with internal teams including marketing, training, and sales, you will customize proposals and solutions based on client needs. Representing Biotecnika at industry events, webinars, and conferences to expand the corporate network will also be part of your responsibilities. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools is essential to ensure effective communication and tracking of progress. Meeting monthly and quarterly business development targets is a key performance indicator for this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold an MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development. A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or client engagement is required. However, freshers with strong communication and networking skills are also encouraged to apply. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong negotiation, and presentation abilities are essential for success in this role. Being self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment is highly valued. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is necessary to fulfil the responsibilities effectively.
