What We’re Looking For:

dynamic, self-motivated, and target-driven Sales/Business Development professionals

Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential clients and businesses in need of IT services.
• Pitch our offerings: Web Design, Web Apps, Mobile App Development, and Software Solutions.
• Manage end-to-end client communication and relationship until the deal is closed.
• Work closely with our technical team to understand services and client needs.
• Generate leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, or other strategies.

Compensation:

• Pure Commission-Based Model

  (No fixed salary initially)
• Attractive

  percentage-based commission

Ideal Candidate:

• Prior experience in sales, IT consulting, or business development (preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Strong network and ability to independently generate leads
• Willingness to work on performance-based model initially
