Role Overview:

high-performing Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and engage leads via platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and cold outreach
• Understand client requirements and pitch appropriate services
• Prepare and send proposals, quotes, and close deals
• Build strong client relationships for repeat business
• Report weekly progress to the founder team
• Coordinate with the technical team after project closure

Commission Model (AnandAnish.com):

Standard Commission10%

Ideal Profile:

• 1–3 years of business development, sales, or freelancing experience in the web/IT industry
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Hands-on knowledge of platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Familiar with web technologies, SaaS, SEO, or CRM solutions
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and ready to hustle independently
