Devitzy is a fast-growing digital marketing academy helping students, graduates, and job seekers build job-ready marketing skills. We provide live and self-paced courses backed by projects, certification, and career guidance.


We are now expanding our enrolment team and looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive conversions.


Role Overview


This is a pure commission-based full-time role for someone confident, persuasive, and target-driven.

Your core responsibility is to generate leads, conduct cold calls, nurture prospects, and convert them into paid enrolments for Devitzy’s courses.


If you enjoy talking to people, closing deals, and have a self-starter mindset, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities


  • Cold calling prospective students and parents to introduce Devitzy’s courses.
  • Identifying potential leads across social media, WhatsApp groups, college communities, and networking channels.
  • Managing all leads using Google Sheets (daily updates required).
  • Conducting discovery calls to understand students’ goals and guide them to the right course.
  • Following up with warm leads and driving enrollments within stipulated timelines.
  • Achieving weekly and monthly conversion targets.
  • Coordinating with the marketing/content team to stay aligned on promotions and messaging.
  • Sharing lead feedback to help refine course offerings and sales scripts.


Skills & Qualifications


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English + Hindi preferred).
  • Comfortable with cold calling and follow-up calls.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections confidently.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Experience in sales, counseling, or business development is a plus (not mandatory).
  • A basic understanding of digital marketing is helpful but not required.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets (must).
