About the Role

Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities:

Onboard and nurture retailers, ensuring strong relationships and regular visits.
Travel extensively across assigned towns to expand dealer networks.
Maintain visibility through product placement, POS branding, and promotional schemes.
Engage with contractors, applicators, and site engineers to boost product awareness.
Distribute marketing materials and support events, roadshows, and influencer meets.
Collect market data, track competitor activities, and share insights.
Explain dealer schemes, product offers, and incentive programs.
Maintain visit reports, influencer logs, and activity trackers.

What We’re Looking For:

Graduate in any stream (Marketing preferred).
1–3 years of experience in field sales/marketing/channel support (building materials/FMCG preferred).
Strong execution skills, good communication in local language + Hindi/English.
Ability to build strong local rapport with channel partners.
Learning mindset, good time management, and reporting discipline.
Must Have:
Two-wheeler, smartphone proficiency, and willingness to travel 15–20 days a month.
