Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Shift Incharge - CGL Production. The Shift Incharge will oversee daily production activities for the Continuous Galvalume Line (CGL), ensuring operational efficiency and product quality. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising staff, monitoring equipment and processes, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining safety protocols. The Shift Incharge will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments to achieve production targets and optimize workflow.

Qualifications

• Experience in steel production, specifically in Continuous Galvalume Line (CGL) operations
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to troubleshoot equipment and production issues
• Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to implement and maintain safety protocols
• Good communication skills to coordinate with various departments
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent experience in the steel industry
