As a Management Trainee (Business Development) at CollegeBatch, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team to implement effective strategies for acquiring business from various Colleges and Universities. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to acquire sales management skills, collaborate with the sales team to secure new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, deliver post-sale services, and ensure accurate documentation and information management. Designation: Management Trainee- Business Development Work Location: Pune (work from office) Key Responsibilities: - Assist seniors in daily sales activities such as managing schedules, organizing important documents, drafting Minutes of Meetings, etc. - Support the sales team in generating new business through activities like cold calling, scheduling meetings online and offline, conducting prospect research via online platforms and social media, identifying relevant educational events, managing collections, and providing regular updates to the team. - Address client queries effectively, offer post-sale support, and handle client complaints when necessary. - Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients to enhance overall client satisfaction. - Ensure prompt communication with clients via phone or email, anticipate and communicate any delays or issues, align client expectations with backend operations. - Serve as a point of contact for urgent communications in the absence of seniors. Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with effective coordination abilities. - A collaborative team player with a high level of enthusiasm, dedication, and a keenness to learn. - Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Excel spreadsheets. - Experience in conducting online meetings using platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. - Must possess a car or a 2-wheeler for local travel within Pune. - Educational qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree. - Positive attitude and a growth mindset.
