Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic fresher with an IT and Management background who is eager to build a career in client acquisition, sales, and business development. The role involves promoting IT projects, training, and placement programs across colleges in Delhi NCR while achieving defined business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and onboard new clients for IT projects and services.Visit colleges to promote and sell academic/industrial projects.Drive student enrollments for training and placement programs.Conduct meetings and presentations with clients, students, and faculty.Achieve monthly acquisition and enrollment targets.Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and conversions.

Your Skills and Experience

Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.Basic understanding of IT concepts (software, projects, training).Confidence in interacting with students, faculty, and clients.Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel across Delhi NCR.
