Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated

Sales Executive

with 3+ years of experience in SaaS inside sales, lead generation, and account management. The candidate should be comfortable working with CRM tools, sales data mining, and outbound growth activities. This role requires persistence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to turn prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in executing sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Manage the initial sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying leads, and supporting proposal creation.
Use Zoho CRM to track sales activities and maintain accurate records.
Perform sales data mining to identify new leads and opportunities.
Conduct outbound growth activities, including LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and calling.
Build rapport with prospects and assist in nurturing relationships for long-term success.
Handle objections professionally and support deal closures with senior team members.
Generate sales reports and update managers regularly on pipeline status.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in SaaS inside sales, lead generation, or account management.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce/Zoho CRM or similar tools.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or other lead-gen platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Persistent, results-driven, and eager to grow in a fast-paced sales environment.
Comfortable with
US market timings (6 PM 3 AM).

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to consultative selling and SaaS product lifecycle.
Basic understanding of staffing and solution-based sales approaches.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with senior sales managers.
