We're Hiring | Business Development Executive (1–3 years experience)

About the Role:

We’re looking for an energetic Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Cold calling and lead generation
Understand customer requirements and pain areas
Promote Maritronics India's service business
Prepare and submit timely quotations in coordination with the technical team
Follow up on submitted quotes to ensure healthy conversion ratios
Identify vessels calling various ports and reach out for onboard service opportunities
Revive dormant customer accounts and maintain strong relationships
Update CRM and keep the line manager informed on daily activities

What We’re Looking For:

1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales / Cold Calling / Email Marketing
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
Customer-focused, patient, persuasive, and adaptable
Strong attention to detail, commercial acumen, and planning skills
Proactive with a relationship-driven approach
