Job Description

Business development / Lead Generation Executive Company: Cavalier Enterprises Location: [Abhinav nagar, Borivali East] Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM Weekly Offs: Alternative Saturdays + All Sundays Off Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Qualification: Minimum Graduation Required Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in telecalling or lead generation Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month (based on experience, relevance, and last drawn) Key Responsibilities: Make cold calls to potential clients using provided databases or lead lists. Understand client needs and give a brief overview of our products and services. Generate interest and identify qualified leads for the sales team. Maintain a daily log of calls, outcomes, and client responses. Pass on leads and relevant details to the designated sales representatives. Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement or re-initiate interest. Regularly update and manage the lead database and calling status. Meet daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets. Skills Required: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel or CRM tools Confidence in cold calling and pitching Organized and goal-oriented mindset Show more Show less
