Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new clients for IT staffing and recruitment services.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and online platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfill client requirements on time.

Qualifications
