We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our IT staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective client engagement and service delivery. Responsibilities Identify and develop new clients for IT staffing and recruitment services. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and online platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.). Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfill client requirements on time. Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches. Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets. Qualifications 13 years of experience in business development / sales in the IT staffing or recruitment industry . Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Strong understanding of IT technologies and hiring processes. Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
