Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls, meet daily/weekly calling targets, and generate qualified leads.
  • Convert leads into clients for agency services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, startups, and corporate clients.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with the Business Development Manager to achieve revenue goals.
  • Understand client requirements and communicate solutions effectively.
  • Maintain records of leads, conversions, and client communications.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–3 years in Business Development, Sales, or Client Servicing (marketing/digital agency preferred).
  • Gender: Female candidates only.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, branding, and advertising strategies.
  • Ability to meet targets, work under deadlines, and handle client queries confidently.
  • Must be willing to work from the office in Sector 7, Dwarka, New Delhi.
