Job Description – Business Development Executive 📍 Location: All Mumbai Locations About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The role involves new clinic onboardings, maintaining strong clinic relationships, and driving sales growth across assigned territories in Mumbai. Key Responsibilities New Clinic Onboarding Identify and approach potential clinics, hospitals, and healthcare partners for onboarding. Present company offerings, value propositions, and partnership benefits to decision-makers. Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of clinics. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clinic partners. Act as the primary point of contact for clinics, addressing queries and concerns. Conduct regular visits and check-ins to strengthen partnerships. Sales Growth & Business Development Drive sales growth from onboarded clinics by increasing lead generation and conversions. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within partner clinics. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Market Research & Reporting Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and local market developments. Share regular reports on clinic performance, sales pipeline, and growth opportunities.
