Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Identify and pursue new business leads through cold calling and outbound calls.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications are an added advantage.
Proven experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience in making outbound calls, telecalling, and telesales is desirable.
