Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Business Development Executives to join our Coimbatore team. This position is ideal for MBA graduates (freshers or with up to 1 year of experience) who have a strong interest in sales and business development. Excellent communication skills are highly important, as this role involves regular interaction with both domestic and international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and approach potential customers through calls, emails, and meetings.
· Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service recommendations.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
· Prepare business development reports and maintain client databases.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
· Education: MBA (Marketing / Sales / International Business preferred).
· Experience: 0–1 year in Business Development, Sales, or Customer Service.
· Excellent Communication Skills (spoken and written English) – mandatory.
· Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
