What You’ll Do

Lead Generation and Prospecting

• Identify and qualify high-value leads within software companies and fast-growing startups
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects in our CRM system

Personalized Outreach

• Execute strategic cold calling campaigns
• Develop creative, multi-touch sequences that generate meaningful responses
• Write and refine scripts for both email and phone outreach

Relationship Building

• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations about their hiring challenges
• Qualify leads and schedule demos for our sales team
• Maintain detailed records and follow-up sequences in our CRM
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize messaging and approach

What We’re Looking For

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent phone presence
• Ability to pick up new tools fast to boost productivity. We are a tech forward and tech heavy company.

Work Style

• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Detail-oriented and highly organized: no room for missed follow-ups or sloppy execution
• Creative problem-solver who finds innovative ways to break through noise and get responses
• Available to work for a few days every month during US business hours (PST/EST) for optimal prospect engagement
