What You’ll Do Lead Generation and Prospecting Identify and qualify high-value leads within software companies and fast-growing startups Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects in our CRM system Personalized Outreach Execute strategic cold calling campaigns Develop creative, multi-touch sequences that generate meaningful responses Write and refine scripts for both email and phone outreach Relationship Building Engage prospects in meaningful conversations about their hiring challenges Qualify leads and schedule demos for our sales team Maintain detailed records and follow-up sequences in our CRM Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize messaging and approach What We’re Looking For Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent phone presence Ability to pick up new tools fast to boost productivity.
