As a software engineer at BotFriday AI, you will have the opportunity to: Work on challenging problems everyday Write well architected and robust code Collaborate with other engineers to ensure that our codebase is scalable, maintainable, and easily readable Learn to balance the creation of tech debt with delivering business requirements Understand complex problems, break them down into smaller ones, and solve each modularly We are looking for someone with the following profile: At least 2 years of full time backend engineering experience (Internships don't count) Expertise in data structures and algorithms (extremely important) Ability to control Agentic AIs near deterministically through excellent prompt engineering Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in an unstructured startup environment Bonus if you know a few of these: TypeScript, SQL, React, ExpressJS Who You Are You have serious work ethic.
