Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the business development team in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and assisting in sales and marketing strategies.

This role is perfect for an MBA student or recent graduate who wants to gain practical exposure to corporate business development, client acquisition, and strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
  • Support in client outreach, proposal preparation, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update CRM databases with relevant client information.
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and calls with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to suggest new strategies.
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings, progress, and opportunities.
  • Represent the company professionally during client interactions and networking events.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA (Marketing / Sales / International Business / General Management) – pursuing or completed.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
  • Confident, proactive, and target-oriented.
  • Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and business development concepts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
