Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive with a strong background in sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition, expanding relationships with existing customers, and executing strategic sales initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in positioning our software solutions to enterprise clients and achieving ambitious sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in target markets. Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Develop tailored proposals and presentations that address client needs and pain points. Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure solution alignment. Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement accurately. Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients in line with company policies. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
