Job Summary: As a Business Development Executive at Yash Dental Clinic, Chennai, you will be responsible for fostering growth through strategic outreach and engagement activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be adept at executing targeted campaigns in schools, apartments, banks, and corporate settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Outreach: Identify and establish partnerships with schools, apartments, banks, and corporates to promote Yash Dental Clinic's services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to raise awareness about Yash Dental Clinic's services within the specified sectors.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and content.

Presentations and Workshops: Conduct presentations and workshops to educate potential clients about the importance of dental care and the services offered by Yash Dental Clinic.
Customize presentations based on the specific needs and interests of the target audience.

Networking: Attend relevant events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential partners and clients.
Actively participate in industry-related associations and groups to expand professional connections.

Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Provide regular feedback to the management team on market dynamics and potential opportunities.

Lead Generation and Conversion: Generate leads through effective prospecting and outreach efforts.
Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into clients and achieve revenue targets.

Reporting: Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, leads, and conversions.
Provide regular reports to the management team on the progress of business development initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Familiarity with the local market in Chennai is a plus.
