Job Title: Business Development Executive (B2B Sales – IT Sector / Digital Marketing)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in B2B sales within the IT / Digital Marketing sector , with a proven ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close business deals that contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the IT/ Digital Marketing B2B segment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Present and promote IT products and services to prospective clients through effective sales pitches and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, and delivery) to ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to enhance business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales within the IT or digital marketing domain.
• Strong understanding of IT products, software solutions, or digital marketing services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
