Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding Prontosys market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, networking, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activity
  • Create and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and update CRM tools regularly
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Represent Prontosys at client meetings, events, and networking sessions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
