Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Profile:

Designation: Sales & Marketing Associate

You will be part of the Business Growth & Development Team

The Sales & Marketing Associate will play a critical role in driving the growth of the agency by generating leads, creating

funnels, and helping senior team members in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

● Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts.

● Attending networking events to attract and retain clients.

● Identifying new revenue opportunities.

● Building business relationships with current and potential clients.

● Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business.

● Maintaining and updating sales, marketing, and business development documentation.

● Collaborating with management on sales goals.

● Support the team with other responsibilities as required.

● Generate leads through cold calling, email, platforms , Expo and social media

● Qualify leads by conducting research and determining their fit with our services

● Follow up with leads to schedule meetings and discuss their needs

● Help understand client needs and provide input for building pitches with senior management.

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and progress in our CRM

Requirements :

● Interested or looking to develop a career in the Digital Marketing field.

● Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a similar field.

● Excellent verbal and written communication

● Knowledge and proficient usage of Microsoft Office

● Participate in business development presentations and meetings as appropriate.

Education: Graduation or Bachelor's Degree in advertising, marketing or a relevant field (Mandatory)

Experience: 0 to 1 year minimum in Digital Marketing Agency, Branding , Creative & Advertising Agency

Joining: Immediate and the candidate should have their own laptop.

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Work Model : Hybrid Model

Working Hours : 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Salary: As per industry standards

Preferred: Candidates from the central line of Mumbai and Navi Mumbai Only
