Role Overview We are looking for dynamic and ambitious MBA Freshers to join our Business Development team. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and contributing to revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Identify and research new business opportunities and potential clients. Assist in developing sales strategies to attract and retain customers. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business decisions. Generate leads through various channels (email, calls, LinkedIn, networking events, etc.). Support the team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to deliver customized solutions. Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Required Skills & Qualifications MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration (Freshers are welcome). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
