Business Development Executive (BDE) – EdTech Sales
Location: Knovista Technologies Pvt Ltd, DD Milestone Tower, 3rd Floor, Kadavanthara, Kochi
Work Time: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday – Saturday)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹23,000 per month + Incentives
Leave Policy: 1 Paid Leave during probation period
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year

Role Overview
We are seeking sales-driven Business Development Executives (BDEs) who can convert leads into admissions. This role is perfect for freshers with excellent communication skills, high energy, and a target-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Drive student enrollments by pitching Knovista’s training programs.
Handle counseling, calling, and follow-ups with prospective students.
Achieve monthly sales & admission targets.
Convert inquiries into admissions through persuasive communication.
Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with students & parents.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
Keep records of leads, conversions, and payments.
Requirements
Education: Any Graduate.
Skills:
Strong communication & presentation skills.
High energy with a sales-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle pressure & meet targets.
Willingness to learn and grow in EdTech sales.
Freshers are welcome with good communication skills.
