About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Female Candidate) to join our dynamic team. The role involves interacting with US clients, understanding their requirements, and generating business opportunities in the IT services domain. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome, and candidates with 6 months+ experience in Business Development / IT Sales / US Staffing will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with US-based clients to generate leads and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business prospects.
• Meet business development targets set by the management.
• Draft proposals, emails, and presentations for client communication.

Requirements:

• Female candidate only
• Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream (Preferred: BBA, MBA, B.Tech, MCA, etc.)
• Excellent English communication (verbal & written) is a must.
• Freshers with strong communication & confidence can apply.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Business Development / IT Sales / US Staffing will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to work in US Night Shift.
