Job Title: Business Development Executive (Female) Location: SIDCO Industrial Estate, Thirumazhisai, Chennai, Tamilnadu. Industry: Chemical / Manufacturing – Unsaturated Polyester Resin Experience: 3–5 years (preferred) Education: Any Graduate (Degree in Chemistry or MBA in Marketing preferred) Salary Range: ₹25,000/- to ₹30,000/- per month Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (Female) to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will support our sales and marketing efforts, manage customer communications, and contribute to expanding our market presence in the Unsaturated Polyester Resin industry. This role demands strong coordination skills, digital marketing knowledge, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital & Social Media Marketing: Manage the company’s presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, etc. Create and schedule engaging content, promotional posts, and product updates. Monitor online inquiries and respond promptly to potential leads. 2. Marketing Collaterals & Sales Support: Coordinate with the sales team to provide brochures, pamphlets, presentations, and technical datasheets. Assist in preparing quotations, product proposals, and follow-up emails. Organize and support marketing campaigns, trade shows, and exhibitions. 3. Customer Database Management: Maintain and update CRM systems or customer spreadsheets regularly. Track interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions with customers. Generate periodic reports on customer activities and sales performance. 4. Business Development & Coordination: Identify potential clients and assist in lead generation efforts. Follow up on inquiries and support conversion efforts. Coordinate between the production and sales teams to ensure smooth order execution. 5. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups. Address client queries and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution. 6. Administrative & Reporting Tasks: Maintain marketing and sales documentation systematically. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. Provide administrative assistance to the management as required. Desired Candidate Profile: Female candidates with 3–5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and social media tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking. Prior experience in industrial marketing is an added advantage.
