Job Description:

We are seeking a Freelance Recruitment Executive to support our hiring needs across various departments. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with strong sourcing and coordination skills who prefers a flexible, remote working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and post job advertisements on online job portals and social media platforms
• Source and screen candidates through resumes and telephonic discussions
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and internal teams
• Maintain a database of applicants and track their application status
• Follow up with candidates post-interview for feedback and documentation
• Provide weekly updates on recruitment progress
• Ensure timely closure of open positions based on hiring priorities

Requirements:

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (preferably in manufacturing or technical roles)
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Availability during business hours for coordination

Compensation:

Payment terms (per hire or fixed monthly) will be finalized based on candidate’s experience and suitability."
