Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team and promote CAD Software Solutions (Autodesk, Trimble Sketchup, Chaos VRay, ZWCAD, etc.). The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the AEC or engineering software space. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach. Understand client needs and present appropriate CAD software solutions. Schedule and conduct product demos (with support from technical team). Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities and regularly update CRM. Follow up with prospects and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Handle post-sale coordination including license delivery, basic onboarding, and support. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat and renewal business. Work closely with the marketing and technical team to improve engagement and conversion. Stay updated with latest CAD trends, pricing models, and competitor offerings.
