Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell software solutions across various industries, focusing on meeting customer needs with appropriate tools and technologies. Identify and engage potential clients in sectors such as Manufacturing, Architects & Interior Designing, Electrical, Engineering and other relevant industries. Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through cold visits, networking, and market research. Conduct client visits to assess their needs and present software solutions that align with their business objectives. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships, repeat business, and customer satisfaction. Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions. Work towards monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals. Maintain accurate records of sales activities like visits & customer interactions in CRM tools. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, support, product) to ensure client satisfaction. Requirements: Education: Graduate (any stream), BE, or ITI, Business, Marketing, or related field Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge: Proficiency in Computer and Microsoft Office. Passion for sales, including regular field visits and customer interaction. Self-motivated and target-driven.
