Business Development Executive (BDE)

The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, qualifying leads, and generating interest in FlexiLoans’ financial products and services. This role involves proactive communication with businesses and individuals, understanding their credit requirements, and scheduling follow-ups for the sales team to convert them into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, social media, and digital platforms.
• Research and identify potential SMEs, businesses, and individuals who require loans or credit facilities.
• Qualify leads based on company criteria and maintain a healthy lead pipeline.
• Explain FlexiLoans products and services to prospects and address their queries.
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools accurately and on time.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing/Finance is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales (preferably in NBFC, Banking, or FinTech).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with targets and under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Familiarity with SME lending and digital lending products is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
