Responsibilities:

• Champion strategic initiatives to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth.
• Assist in formulating and executing business strategies to enhance revenue generation.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Engage in client interactions, presentations, and relationship building to drive sales.
• Optimize day-to-day operations and project management to maximize efficiency.
• Generate high-quality sales leads and rigorously follow up until closing deals.
• Utilize innovative marketing strategies to capture market attention and foster brand loyalty.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi, with the ability to seamlessly transition between languages.
• Proficiency in English and Marathi; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Passion for real estate and a drive to excel in business development.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and V-Lookup.
