We are expanding our team and looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
• Engage with clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings to understand requirements.
• Work closely with the technical team to prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across global markets.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent ProBluVantara in client meetings, events, and online platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT sales / business development (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with international markets (USA, Canada, UAE, Europe) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with goal-oriented focus.
