Full job description: We seek a talented and Hardworking Business Development Executive to join us in interior and construction firm , in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients within the I nteriors, Architecture, Building Developer and Real Estate industry. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals. Cold Calling on data and freeze the appointment. Visit to Architects Office. Visit to Interior Designer Office. Visit to Developer/Builder Office. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry. Track and report on sales metrics and performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. Proven track record of successful sales. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
