Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 0–3 years of proven experience in IT sales and software service solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the software services landscape and a demonstrated ability to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the IT/software services domain.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social selling.
• Understand client requirements and propose customized software solutions and services.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to key decision-makers.
• Work closely with internal teams (technical, marketing, project delivery) to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 0 to 3 years of experience in B2B IT sales, preferably in software services or SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of the IT/software development lifecycle and service delivery models.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and sales analytics.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,735.48 - ₹30,395.06 per month
