Senior Test Architect

Job Title: Senior Test Architect (Automation and AI Skills) Experience : 6–8 Years Location : Kochi Employment Type : Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Architect with a strong background in designing robust testing frameworks, implementing advanced automation solutions, and providing technical leadership in quality assurance with hands on experience in AI-driven testing methodologies . The ideal candidate will lead the QA team in architecting scalable test frameworks, integrating AI tools to optimize testing processes, and ensuring the delivery of flawless software products. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to align testing with business and technical objectives. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable test automation frameworks Lead automation efforts across web, mobile, and API platforms Lead the adoption of AI-based testing tools (e.g., Testim, Mabl, Functionize, or custom AI models) to enhance test case generation, defect prediction, and test optimization. Leverage AI to streamline testing processes, such as intelligent test prioritization, automated root cause analysis, and predictive defect detection. Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to ensure test coverage Define and monitor key quality metrics, using data-driven insights to improve product quality and testing efficiency. Implement data-driven, BDD, or hybrid frameworks using tools like Cucumber or TestNG Utilize version control and branching strategies with Git Generate comprehensive test reports and dashboards using tools like Allure or Extent Reports Work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute regression, smoke, integration , and performance tests Proactively participate in Agile ceremonies and shift-left testing strategies Must-Have Skills 6–8 years of hands-on experience in QA Automation Strong coding skills in Java, Python, JavaScript , or TypeScript In-depth knowledge of automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium Experience with API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or Karate Strong understanding of CI/CD tools : Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI Familiarity with test management tools: JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr Solid understanding of SDLC , Agile, and DevOps principles Please drop your resumes to preethi.nair@pearlsofttechnologies.co.in Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹698,002.56 - ₹2,206,765.55 per year Benefits: Flexible schedule Work from home Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 7025081671
