Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary: The Business Development Executive (BDE) is a highly motivated and resilient individual who serves as the engine of our outbound sales process. Your primary responsibility is to identify, contact, and qualify potential clients, acting as the first point of contact for Nirmaan Glass. Through persistent and professional outreach via phone and email, you will fill the sales pipeline and schedule high-quality meetings for the Sales Manager. This role is perfect for a goal-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven by performance-based rewards. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct high-volume cold calling and email outreach to a target list of architects, interior designers, and construction firms. Diligently follow up on inbound leads provided by the marketing team to qualify their interest. Lead Qualification: Engage prospects in conversations to understand their needs, project timelines, and decision-making processes. Qualify leads against established criteria to ensure they are a good fit for Nirmaan Glass. Appointment Setting: The core objective is to schedule qualified product presentations, site visits, or introductory meetings for the Sales & Marketing Manager. CRM Management: Meticulously log all activities, conversations, and lead information in the company's CRM system, ensuring data is clean and up-to-date. Market Intelligence: Gather feedback and insights from conversations with potential clients to help the team refine its strategy and messaging.
