(Overtime - extra) Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Temporary Delivery Driver to operate a TATA 207 vehicle for the timely and secure delivery of glass products within Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all deliveries are completed efficiently and without damage to the fragile cargo. This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. The driver will report directly to the Operations Manager. Responsibilities: Operate a TATA 207 vehicle safely and in compliance with all traffic laws and company regulations within Bangalore. Transport various sizes and types of glass products to designated customer locations within Bangalore. Load and unload glass carefully, ensuring proper securing techniques to prevent damage during transit. Plan and follow efficient delivery routes within Bangalore to maximize the number of deliveries completed within the specified timeframe. Verify delivery contents against dispatch orders and obtain necessary delivery confirmations from customers. Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned vehicle, reporting any maintenance needs promptly to the Operations Manager. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and damage to goods or property. Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays, keeping the Operations Manager informed as needed. Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner during all interactions with customers. Requirements: Valid and active driver's license. Proven experience operating light commercial vehicles, preferably a TATA 207 or similar, within Bangalore. Excellent driving record with no recent traffic violations within Bangalore. Ability to safely handle and transport fragile materials, such as glass. Good knowledge of the Bangalore road network and traffic conditions. Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Physical ability to load and unload glass (with assistance if required for larger items). Compensation and Benefits: Monthly salary of 20000 to 21000, Sunday Holiday, + 2 Extra holidays per month based on attendance from 2nd month onwards. Job Title: Accounts & Sales Support Executive Department: Finance & Sales Reports To: Accounts cum Sales Manager Job Summary: The Accounts & Sales Support Executive is a foundational role designed to be the backbone of our Accounts and Sales operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of daily administrative and financial tasks, freeing up the Manager to focus on strategic growth. This is a growth-oriented position. We are looking for a meticulous and ambitious individual who is eager to master the fundamentals of our business and, over time, take on progressively challenging responsibilities in either finance or sales operations. Core Responsibilities: Sales Support: Accurately and promptly prepare quotations and proforma invoices as per the specifications provided by the Sales Manager. Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with new leads and contact information. Coordinate with the logistics/operations team for dispatch details post-sales. Handle initial client queries regarding quotations and order status. Accounts Support: Perform daily data entry in Tally (or relevant ERP), ensuring all records are up-to-date. Create and process all types of vouchers, including purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers. Assist in maintaining the ledger and reconciling bank statements. Generate basic reports, such as accounts receivable/payable statements, as requested. Administrative & Coordination: Maintain organized digital and physical files for all quotations, invoices, and vouchers. Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and C-Forms (if applicable). Support the manager in preparing sales reports and financial summaries. Qualifications & Skills: Required: Bachelor's Degree (B.Com, BBA, or equivalent) is preferred. Proficiency in Tally (ERP 9 / Prime) is essential. Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word (for quotes and reports). Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Desired (Growth Indicators): A proactive, "can-do" attitude and a strong desire to learn. Good written and verbal communication skills.
