Job Title: Business Development Executive Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Tender cum Business Development Executive to manage tendering processes and drive business growth. The role involves identifying tender opportunities, preparing and submitting proposals, maintaining documentation, and building strong client relationships to generate new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate government/private tender opportunities. Prepare, review, and submit tender documents within deadlines. Maintain records of bids, contracts, and supporting documentation. Develop and maintain client relationships to generate leads and partnerships. Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance and competitive pricing. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 3+ years of experience in tendering or business development (preferred). Strong knowledge of tender processes and documentation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and online tender portals.
