Coordinate pre-joining formalities and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires. Maintain and update employee records in HR systems. 3. Employer Branding & NetworkingSupport recruitment marketing initiatives to enhance the company’s employer brand. Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other hiring events. Maintain positive relationships with placement agencies and institutions. 4. Compliance & ReportingEnsure recruitment processes align with company policies and labor laws.
