Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Malappuram. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include market research, lead generation, proposal preparation, and attending client meetings. The role also entails monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and evaluating the effectiveness of business development strategies.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends
Experience in lead generation and client relationship management
Problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
[li]Prior experience in the furniture or interior design industry is a plus [li]Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
