U need to visit colleges and explain course contents provided by mygominds byke is mandatory Key Responsibilities Student Enrollment & Lead Generation – Identify and reach out to prospective students through calls, counseling sessions, seminars, and digital platforms. Counseling & Guidance – Provide accurate information about courses, admission procedures, fee structures, and career prospects. Relationship Management – Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, schools, and other stakeholders to promote institute programs. Marketing & Promotions – Execute marketing campaigns, workshops, and events (online/offline) to increase visibility and attract admissions. Follow-ups & Conversion – Follow up with inquiries and leads to ensure maximum admission conversions. Market Research – Analyze competitor institutes, student trends, and education market demands for strategy improvement. Coordination with Academic Teams – Work closely with faculty and administration to align marketing and admissions strategies. Target Achievement – Achieve monthly/annual admission and revenue goals set by the institute. Reporting & Documentation – Maintain student databases, admission reports, and share regular updates with management. Brand Representation – Represent the institute at education fairs, career expos, and promotional activities.
